Winter II 3v3 Soccer & Lacross

SOCCER
A-Train Sports will be offering 3v3 youth indoor soccer with a six game Winter 2 league on Jan 20th.
Team fee for six games is $375. Submit a youth team application and a $100 non-refundable deposit by 1/15 to reserve your spot.
LACROSSE
Our next indoor lacrosse 3v3 six game league will start the week of Jan 9th.
Ages are U8-U10, Middle School, High School and Adult. Register by Jan 7th.
Fees are only $60 per player and $30 for goalies. Click on "leagues" to get more info and register.

WINTER YOUTH 3V3 SOCCER STARTS

A-Train Sports will be offering 3v3 youth indoor soccer this winter with two six game leagues starting with Winter 1 on Nov 11th.
Team fee for six games is $375. Submit a youth team application and a $100 non-refundable deposit by 11/5 to reserve your spot. Roster maximum is 6, but we recommend 5.
Each player must register by turning in a player registration form, A-Train Sports waiver properly signed, and a $10 player registration fee good for any leagues starting prior to August 1, 2007. Each team pays $10 cash to the referee at each game. They are contracted independently.
Games are two twelve minute halves with a two minute half time.
We have state of the art “Real Grass” turf. Regular cleats may be worn but sneakers and turf shoes work fine. Each team must have a parent/coach (over 18) on the bench – two maximum.
Practice time may be available for a field rental fee of $50.

Field player: $60
Goalies: Pay a fee of only $30
Six game season
In the event not enough teams form, games will be played in an unlimited pick up format.
Each team pays $10 per game to the referee. On round robin nights, it is only $3 per player.

A-Train 3v3 Lacrosse Rules
1. All NCAA Rules will be enforced.
a. All equipment is to be worn during participation.
b. Unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind will result in expulsion from the facility. (Ex. Fighting of any kind, including verbal conflict.)
c. All penalties will be a change in possesion.
2. No boarding, we will not tolerate any body checking into walls at all.
3. Time: Each game will have two 8 minute running time halfs with a five minute half.
4. Each period begins with a face off
5. Change of possesion requires a touch of the back wall
6. Substitutions are only allowed between periods or at referees discretion
